Description

Due to iNet's continued growth, we are looking for a qualified AP/AR Specialist to join our Houston Corporate Finance team. Our AP/AR Specialist will be responsible for managing the financial transactions related to both accounts payables (70-80%) and receivables (20-30%). This includes invoicing customers, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. The specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Requirements

What do you need to bring to the table? 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an AR/AP Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
