Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Production Manager job in Paris, TX. As a Warehouse Production Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for the production, based on the customer's requirements and the resources available and analyze the production conditions in order to optimize processes and to reduce costs. Starting pay at $80,000/yr based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality Manager and Specialist in the training of all the employees in SQF, GMPs and HACCP at hiring and re-train them at the specified times. Supervises facilities technicians and equipment engineers in support of facility and business groups.
- Ensure the operations are performed in an efficient way according to the weekly production schedule established by the customer. Responsible for obtaining and keeping up-to-date all required operating permits, licenses and registrations from local, state and Federal agencies.
- Organize and assign available resources to the required tasks based on the schedule and various activities to ensure the schedule attainment is met.
- Responsible for reporting daily and weekly production performance KPIs and production outputs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, and preparedness for inspections and audits.
- 10 years' production leadership experience
- Previous experience in food production
- Experience managing external contractors and internal personnel.
