Automotive Assistant Service Manager/ASM

Required: Auto ASM or Service Advisor Experience

Responsibilities - Assistant Service Manager/ASM:

• Train and mentor Service Advisors and Technical staff, advise customers on auto repair/maintenance costs and options, schedule appointments for service work and more!
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion
• Review work order with customer to ensure satisfaction
• Ensures consistent follow-ups to increase customer loyalty and CSI
• Solves problems and meets predetermined service and sales objectives
• Evaluate staff and workflow
• Creates work schedules and maintains accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
• Ensures proper maintenance and repair of all equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements - Assistant Service Manager/ASM:

• Automotive Assistant Service Manager/ASM/Service Advisor experience is required
• Basic automotive operational knowledge
• Good computer, customer service and communication skils
• Team builder with good managerial skills
• Basic understanding of business management
• Must pass pre-employment screening
