WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The IT Technicians role at iEnet will include providing efficient day-to-day technical support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of iEnets network resources and protocols.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IENET IT TECHNICIAN:

  • Workstation Setup: Responsible for the setup of all computers and necessary peripheral devices, file share, group policy permissions and necessary applications.
  • Helpdesk Support: Respond promptly to IT support tickets from employees, including troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing computer systems, address issues related to hardware, software and network connectivity.
  • Installation & Configuration: Install and configure appropriate software, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • End-User Support: Ensure employees are supported in utilizing Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests, updates and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with employees to enhance user experience and provide IT related guidance on using company resources for project management, task tracking and internal collaboration.
  • System Administration Support: Monitor and assist management of accounts, licenses and permissions, monitor user access controls, assist in running routine system maintenance, monitor network performance, coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements and warranty claims, document best practices and procedures and recommend improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 1-3 years’ experience as an IT Technician or related field.
  • Experience with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Helpdesk related experience, including system maintenance, user management, security, and backups.
  • Ability to effectively communicate.

  • Full-time Position at our Wilsonville, Oregon office.
