We are looking for a reliable and skilled Site Administrator to perform essential upkeep on our fleet in Perry, FL. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our equipment is both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. 

• Perform minor repairs, such as fixing broken locks, signs, plumbing on trailers, minor electrical repairs, and small carpentry tasks, etc. 

• Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed. 

• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. 

• Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc. 

• Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, replacing DC converters, installing tankless water heaters, and running gas lines to appliances in kitchen trailers. 

• Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems. 

• Test the functionality of the mobile asset’s safety systems. 

• Report to Fleet Operations Manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 

• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, plumbing, and electrical systems. 

• Mechanical experience around trailers and air brake systems required. 

• Experience working with tools, including hand tools and electrical power tools. 

• Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required and must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. 

• General passion for creative problem-solving. 

• CDL preferred but not required. 

• Must have clean driving record (driving company vehicles required). 

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at a time regularly. 

• Must be able to climb a ladder and work from heights with proper safety equipment. 

• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day, working in a stationary position. 

• Must be able to work overtime, must be able to travel domestically up to 25%.
