Job Purpose:

To manage and grown current customer base as well as obtaining new customers and business. (focus area will be Red River Valley)

Duties:

• Functions within guidelines of ILCO's philosophy and mission statement
• Develops and expands sales territory while developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Provide quility products and service solutions to customers
• Coordinates with manager on large contracts
• Communicates with Manager timelywhen additional resource support or follow up is needed
• Provide weekly progress reports
• Initaties marketing to target specific markets
• Works with service staff to help promote company service programs
• Miscellanous duties as assigned
• Travel; as required

Qualifications:

• High school degree required
• Excellant verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to make and adhere to schedules
• Strong sales aptitude
• Valid drivers license
• Obtain necessary MSHA/OSHA or others certifications as required

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience in Construction, Manufacturing and Lubrication in the Red River Valley
