Pre-packing- Ticketing Role

Job Description:

In this role you will mainly be handling ticket management using ServiceNow. you will process tickets to schedule installations or initiate delivery. You will also need to be able to handle data entry and tracking of the tickets within both ServiceNow and Excel. You will be the main contact for communication between the technicians, shipping and receiving, and end-users. You will also need to be able to handle inventory management of imaged and pre-imaged assets.

Additional duties will be assigned as needed.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities:

Imaging Pre-Packager

Ticket Management within ServiceNow Processing tickets to schedule for software installation or close out to initiate delivery to location.

Data Entry and Tracking within ServiceNow and Microsoft Excel

Acts as center hub for communication between Software Technicians, Imaging Technicians, Shipping & Receiving and end-users.

Inventory Management of imaged and pre-imaged assets

Other duties as assigned

Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions

Insures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction
