This will be 100% remote / at home, once they get up to speed. Estimated first 5-10 days in an office, then remote.
Virginia Make Ready Project Management
Constant collaboration (Email, Phone, ** calls, tracking spreadsheets) with partner organizations (Engineering, Construction) to manage day-to-day flow of Make Ready Applications. Weekly Coordination with engineering for updates for all current projects.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Planning and organization skills in a dynamic and high pressure work environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Experience with OSP engineering and processes
Experience in Engineering systems (e.g. UUI, vBuild, PRS, Vlicense)
Strong leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to act independently with a sense of urgency and appropriately escalate issues as required
Ability to work in a cross functional capacity between various internal and external organizations
Ability to balance multiple projects with varying priorities
