We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
To be successful as a supervisor you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests.
JOB DUTIES :
- Oversees daily restaurant operations and ensures smooth functioning
- Support for restaurant staff, including wait staff, hosts and kitchen personnel
- Handles customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the restaurant
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and is able to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
