Job Summary

Department Specific Responsibilities

• Provides high quality guest service while enforcing policies and safety.
• Ensures guests have a positive, memorable experience.
• Assists with bar set-up / close-down plans including cash close-out.
• Maintains standards ensuring consistent presentation, aesthetics of setting and quality of beverage service.
• Attends beer, wine and spirits trainings.
• Assists with catering events.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferred

Some bartending experience

OTHER

21 years of age or older

LICENCES AND CERTIFICATES

Required

Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit

SKILLS

Required

General knowledge of bartending and mixology, along with food safety practices

Working Conditions / Demands

Ability to move items up to 30 pounds. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time.

$12.50 per hour

Shift times vary according to business needs.
