This position coordinates training and daily operations and serves as a liaison to a small group of Bridge Week Peer Mentors.

They will participate in the hiring and assessment of BWPMs.

Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule Varies depending on need. Coordinators will work 10 15 hr / week during summer and max allowable hours during Bridge Week (aug 7 17).

Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work with BW Director to develop and implement BWPM Training and ongoing learning.

Coordinate daily activities including ice breakers, mentoring agendas, and event setup / take-down teams. Follow-up with mentors who need assistance, coordinate daily participant attendance and outreach, and work one on one with students as needed to ensure a positive and effective Bridge Week Experience. Other duties as assigned.
