Indiana Center for recovery is Hiring a Videographer Near Bloomington, IN

Indiana Center for Recovery is seeking a professional and experienced Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and editing video content for a range of purposes. Key duties and responsibilities include filming video on set and on location, collaborating with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots, setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other equipment, editing footage after recording, and adding computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects to footage. Additionally, the Videographer must ensure that the necessary filming equipment is available for use.

The successful candidate will be able to understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product. The Videographer will also be responsible for reviewing audio and visual footage and using computer software to organize clips into a cohesive unit. They will split or combine video clips, add appropriate sounds or graphics, and watch the finished product to catch mistakes before submitting it for review.

The Videographer should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines. Other responsibilities include capturing high-quality photographs and videos, trimming footage segments, making an overall video brand messaging strategy, preparing rough and final cuts for the videos, inputting effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealing, inserting music and necessary sound effects to the video clips, discovering and implementing new techniques and methods to maximize the company’s efficiency, managing work both on-site as well as off-site locations, collaborating with stakeholders from production to post-production processes, and monitoring all technical aspects of recording and editing.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Film, Media, or a related field, as well as have at least three years of relevant experience in videography and video editing. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, creative, and possess strong problem-solving skills. · Insert music and necessary sound effects into the video clips

· Discover and implement new techniques and methods to maximize the company’s efficiency

· Manage to work both on-site as well as off-site locations

· Collaborate with stakeholders from production to post-production process

· Monitor all technical aspects of recording and editing

Must have experience in the following fields:

  • Proficient in Davinci Resolve
  • Videography
  • Photography
  • Editing
  • Video production
