We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team.

Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer at Indiana Center for Recovery, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support our marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, billboards and digital ads.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques into your work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software such as unbounced and figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Photography and photo editing skills a plus but not required.
