We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent, a Warehouse Operator! This position receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

• Unloads trucks, check-in merchandise, match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute for processing
• Reads customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or other documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped
• Moves materials and items from receiving or storage areas to other designated areas
• Operation of Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts)
• Sorts and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to specification and process and procedure
• Ensures warehouse is accessible and safe for all employees, salespeople, and customers
• Assembles customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or to a designated area for delivery
• Prepares materials and products for delivery
• Marks materials with identifying information in compliance with the established procedures
• Opens boxes, bales, crates and other containers
• Ensures that newly shipped goods operate as required
• Assists in the counting and recording of physical inventory
• Sweeps, dusts and mops as needed
• Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness
• Makes deliveries to customer sites
• Performs all other duties as assigned

To qualify for this position, you must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics and 2 to 5 years of warehouse or shipping and receiving experience.

Additional qualifications include:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to obtain a CAC
• DOT Certification
