Audio-Visual Help Desk Technician
This position is responsible for resolving AV-related trouble tickets submitted by users of a dynamic Government program and follows up to ensure issues no longer persist.
The responsibilities

for this position, you must possess a HS Diploma, or equivalent and at least 2 years of network maintenance and user technical support experience.
An AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is required.
