Our Maintenance crew is crucial for many different aspects of Indian Hot Springs behind the scenes and front of house. You’ll be maintaining grounds, all facilities and the technologies used for our mineral water. This position requires responsible individuals that are able to work with one another to solve problems every single day.

Job Duties:

• Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment of unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and repairs and/or reports those conditions to head of maintenance
• Responds to Front Desk calls relaying guest room issues and resolves these issues
• Minor drywall, plumbing and facility repairs
• Operate large machinery and equipment
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment
• Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in machines/equipment.
• Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses
• Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed
• Complies with all company policies, procedures and follows protocol.
• Work with Front Desk and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless experience for our guests

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License or ID
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must be Dependable, Responsible, and a Great Team Player
• Holds themselves accountable as well as their team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Respond quickly and/or able to provide solutions that require immediate attention
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and products
