We are looking for a hands-on Head of People to lead our People Team, take our people practices to the next level and foster our company culture during a maternity leave. At INDG Grip we're an international team with 300 people from 50 different nationalities and working from all over the world. We have grown a lot the past years and expect to continue to do so. In this role you will lead the People Team (9 FTE) including Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Office Management. There are several great initiatives and processes built over the past years, and we’re looking for someone that can help us take these to the next phase of growth.
Please note: this role is initially a maternity cover (12 months), but we are ideally looking for someone who's keen on staying with our company for a longer period.
What's INDG?
At INDG we develop technology that enables engaging, hyper-realistic digital product experiences. Our goal is to make "every product playable", by combining the science of technology with the artistry of computer-generated content. Our offices are in Amsterdam and Bucharest.
Our CG artists, interactive designers, and developers focus on creating virtual versions of our clients' products, so lifelike it feels like you could reach out and touch them.
What’s Grip?
With the help of Grip (www.grip.tools), companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.
