We are seeking a driven customer focused Route Trainee to join the Inderbitzin family. As a Route Trainee, you will support the Sales Department by helping Route Sales Representatives with loading and unloading trucks, delivering, and picking up products, maintaining vehicle safety, and covering assigned routes when needed. When covering routes, this individual will drive a company vehicle to and from customer stops along an assigned route. Routes are serviced early morning and daytime hours Monday through Friday, because in the Inderbitzin culture, we believe nights and weekends should be reserved for personal and family time.

This position is ideal for individuals who prefer their workday to always be a little different, prefer to be physically active at work while honing their skills in customer service and sales and want to get their foot in the door to establish a career in Route Sales. This individual may have the opportunity to move into a commissioned Route Sales Representative position upon satisfactory performance reviews and appropriate tenure. We are willing to train motivated candidates!

$18.50 per hour overtime at the rate of 1½ times the employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek.

After Training is completed, hourly rate will be $20.00 overtime at the rate of 1½ times the employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek.
