We have an excellent opportunity in our Route Sales Department. This position will require early morning start times.

We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team in the Eugene Oregon Area. We have one (1) regular full-time position available with medical and vision benefits, Health Savings Account, as well as 401k, paid time off and upon meeting sales goals, you may qualify for quarterly bonuses upward of $1000.00 and additional payouts throughout the year.

All Route Sales teammates have the same goal of properly merchandising our products at various store locations, so we can effectively drive sales. You will be part of a team in your territory that includes a Route Operations Manager, Route Sales Manager, Route Sales Assistant, and other Route Sales Representatives.

The position involves physically demanding work. Some shifts start as early as 4:30 a.m. Monday-Friday (and occasional Saturdays). Teammates must be dependable and able to travel between stores during shifts in Company owned truck. A clean driving record is a must.
