Position Description

Description:

We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility.You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:• Oversees quality assurance activities and compliance to operational and regulatory standards• Provides supervision, day-to-day guidance, consultation, trainings, and leadership to employees• Participates in program development and implementation of operation policy and procedure• Determines staffing levels and assignments, bases on census, acuity, and staff availability.• Monitors and coordinates the daily patient care activities of the unit under the director of the nursing leadership teamMust haves:

• State Licensure as an RN• A minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience

Must have management/charge nurse experience

Bonus Qualities:

• Experience working with mental health patients preferred• Supervisory experience preferred• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) preferred

Type: Full-time

Pay: $44.86 to $56.01 per HOUR
