Charge Registered Nurse - Critical Care Intermediate Care Unit

Full-Time

Charge Registered Nurse candidates for the Critical Care Intermediate Care Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

• Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
• Contributes to or performs performance evaluations of staff.
• Assesses daily patient care needs and develops and distributes patient care assignments, ensuring that population appropriate patient care is given.

Charge Registered Nurse candidates for the Critical Care Intermediate Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.

Compensation: $78-145k/year
