*****This position is located in the Pittsburgh area. Travel to client offices in Bellevue, Moon Township, and Burgettstown.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Manages and coordinates administrative and clinical services for one or more physician office sites. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office. Supervises medical, nursing and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care. Oversee the provision of services to newly integrated practices. Responsible for participating in new business development for MSO services. Travel as needed within the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Meets with the CEO and Director of Operations to provide updates and receive direction and additional assignments.
• Assist clients with the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures.
• Assist clients with the development, implementation and monitoring of programs for expansion or contraction of services as necessary.
• Coordinate the activities of departments within the MSO as needed by the clients.
• Supervise administrative and clinical staff.
• Assist clients with the hiring or firing of personnel.
• Supervise managers/departments of the MSO, as assigned.
• EDUCATION: College Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years of medical practice experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS: No license or certifications required. A valid driver's license.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of medical office setting.
• Knowledge of computer applications.
• Knowledge of company’s policies and procedures.

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS: Primarily office setting.PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Sitting/standing 6-8 hours a day. Requires the use of computer equipment. Driving to outer locations as needed.
