Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and assistance to clients in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting equipment if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care and progress

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care or patient care is preferred
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care techniques
- Ability to perform direct support tasks with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations for home care services
