Provide customer service for mid-market commercial accounts (premium of $25,000 and higher). There are some smaller accounts in the mix due to relationships or other reasons. It is a diverse book of business from real estate operations, contractors to heavy oil & gas. Service of these includes the marketing of both new and renewal business from quoting, proposal preparation, binding all the way to processing the policy when received, coverage inquiries from insureds, certificate issues, claims filing, mid-term change requests and processing of endorsements. Will need to have knowledge of the federal flood program as well as the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association due to the location of some clients who are in the Tier 1 coastal counties. Also, needs to have knowledge of commercial and contract bonds. Must know Applied/EPIC and be proficient in word and excel.
