Overview
The Vice President-Pharmacy will develop and execute the pharmacy strategy and vision for the company and ensure alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
The VP will be responsible for continuously assessing the healthcare environment for emerging trends and identifying opportunities to manage the pharmacy spend.
The VP will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the pharmacy benefit design.
This will include formulary management, provider engagement, utilization, quality, and cost while ensuring federal and state regulatory compliance.
The Vice President of Pharmacy will also oversee the clinical programs and initiatives related to pharmacy and has oversight of all vendors contracted to provide Rx services.

Ensure compliance with the corporate risk management plan and other regulatory requirements. Maintain strict adherence to state and federal compliance policies.
Protect confidential business information and data to minimize risk to the organization.
Provide oversight and management of vendors to ensure service levels and performance guarantees are met, in accordance with all regulatory compliance requirements.
Population Health and Quality
Hiring Compensation Range : $225,000 - $275,000 annually Incentive
Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.
In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off.
The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
