My client is seeking a polished professional Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO.
Calendar Management: Assist in managing the schedules of the CEO and Leadership Team, ensuring appointments and meetings are meticulously organized and prioritized to uphold trust and efficiency.
Email Coordination: Handle internal and external emails with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining secure communication channels and ensuring timely responses to foster trust and reliability.
Project Support: Provide steadfast support to key projects led by the CEO and company leaders, meticulously documenting proceedings and coordinating with stakeholders to uphold trust and deliver results with integrity.
Communication Support: Assist in company communication initiatives, ensuring clear and transparent dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and cohesion across the organization.
Administrative Tasks: Offer unwavering support to the CEO, attending to day-to-day administrative duties with precision and confidentiality to uphold trust and confidence in all executive operations.
