About the Job:
As a Hub banker, you will have the opportunity to help customers improve their financial lives by leveraging knowledge of our products and services, including our full suite of digital offerings. You will play a critical role in issue resolution. And you will represent for many customers the voice of the bank.
Perks of the position include the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after successful training (three days in the office and two days at home). Additionally, you will be eligible for monthly incentive. Successful bankers will have the opportunity to be promoted within the department, resulting in higher pay, deeper knowledge, and greater impact.
Working Arrangements:
This is a hybrid opportunity and you can expect to work as few as 3 days in the office each week, and as many as 2 days from home!
There is one opportunity on this team with the following shift available:
The shift requires a Saturday rotation and the flexibility to work an alternate schedule, up to 1 hour prior to your standard shift or 1 hour later than your standard shift, given ample notice. Candidates can expect notice of at least 4 weeks when being asked to flex their standard availability.
