Overview
Independence Marketing Group is expanding its team with openings for Provisional Insurance Agents. Whether you are currently licensed or looking to enter the insurance industry, we offer a supportive path to help you achieve your career goals. For candidates who are not yet licensed, IMG will guide you through the necessary steps and reimburse associated costs upon your successful licensure.
Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Have your Health Genral Lines License
• Complete pre-licensing and pass the licensing exam (for unlicensed applicants).
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and compliance with all insurance laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a commitment to learning and professional development.
• Ability to complete pre-licensing education and pass the state insurance license exam (assistance provided).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
