Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Representative is responsible for performing a variety of support functions for the full cycle recruitment and onboarding experience. This includes contact with job seekers, and new-hires, tracking pre-employment requirements, monitoring pre-employment assessments process; trouble shooting for internal and external application process assisting with recruitment and networking events, maintaining department intranet content, providing statistical reporting, overseeing Employee Referral Program and providing analytical support to the Manager. This position partners with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting life cycle.
