Position Description Independence Charter Middle School (ICMS) is currently accepting applications for middle school Science teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. At ICMS, our students engage in Honors Science coursework each year, equipping them with the content and skills essential for success at Harding Charter Prep. Our student body at ICMS encompasses a diverse range of skill levels, and our dedicated teachers incorporate remediation strategies into their lessons while adhering to grade-level state standards. Recognizing the importance of ongoing professional development, ICMS teachers benefit from an hour and a half of protected Professional Learning Community (PLC) time every Monday morning. This dedicated time allows teachers to collaboratively review student data, enhance instructional practices, and continually improve student learning outcomes.
