The FP&A Analyst II is responsible for monthly management reporting, analysis and budgeting of expenses for the assigned areas of the organization. The associate will collect and analyze financial information, prepare financial reports, and seek ways to improve accuracy of budgets and forecasts.

·Assists in monthly P&L consolidation process and partners with Finance P&L leads to identify key drivers of results across the Family of Companies.

·Assists Lead FP&A analyst in supporting and analyzing subsidiary partner’s results.This includes building relationships with our Finance partners at those subsidiaries.

·Assists in reporting tool enhancements including data validation, QA, and other functions.

·Helps coordinate monthly forecasting/outlook process; partners with Finance business partners to highlight risks and opportunities in transparent and consultative manner.

·Manages overall calendar of events for all forecast/outlook/annual budget processes to ensure timely execution and coordination across the business.

·Assists in KPI reporting and continuously works to identify areas of opportunity to expand and improve our analyses.

·Performs other duties & special projects as required.

·Prepare and provide Ad-hoc reporting and support as required using Hyperion, PeopleSoft and other tools available.

QUALFICATIONS

·Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Management (or equivalent work experience).

·2 years P&L experience required.

·Strong communication (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills are required.

·Demonstrated ability to interact with department management and the ability to work in an independent environment is essential.

·Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented as well as above average problem solving/analytical skills required.

·Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, and Word) is required. PeopleSoft & Hyperion software experience is preferred.

·Ability to manage competing priorities and work in ambiguous situations.
