Indelible is currently seeking a Junior Associate to enhance its talent profile.

Role overview:

The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting engagement delivery teams with executing on engagement-specific objectives across Indelible’s business units; Health & Human Services, Emergency Management, Technology Solutions, Business Solutions, and Transportation & Infrastructure. The Junior Associate is also responsible for assisting in planning general project activities, working with management on client engagements, and other ad hoc administrative tasks. A qualified candidate will be able to multi-task and is dynamic.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Work on multi-disciplinary teams and build skills and core competencies to serve clients of all sizes from diverse industries
• Complete multiple tasks and prioritize changing workloads
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all tasks assigned
• Organize workload and keep the Engagement Manager and / or workstream lead informed of status and activities
• Perform a self-review of the results prior to submitting work product to Engagement Manager and / or workstream lead
• Flag issues/potential challenges to Engagement Manager and / or workstream lead at an appropriate time so that timely action can be initiated
• Develop relationships with and learn from Engagement Managers and subject matter professionals/specialists, expanding your network and areas of knowledge
• Communicate and present information to colleagues in a clear, logical, and concise manner
• Participate in market research, support proposal development, and opportunity requests

Qualifications 

Required:

• Proficiency with technology including MS Office applications
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with data collection, analysis, and evaluation, particularly with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to remain client-focused
• Work well in a fast-paced/flexible environment
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently with a team and independently
• **Ability to travel as needed; this job may require 50% travel or more

Preferred:

• Experience in professional service advisory, audit, or public accounting firms
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau is preferred
• Ability to develop and foster strong relationships and team with various levels within and outside an organization
