really Flex is urgently hiring Truck Loaders and Unloaders for our dynamic client within the Nashville, TN Market!

In addition, we are offering a 10 shift completion bonus of $300 dollars for anyone who completes 10 shifts with the client.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Day-To-Day:

• Verify product being delivered is correct and complete as shipping documents state.
• Report any discrepancies, damage or other issues with deliveries
• Ensure that the material that is being delivered is stores in a clean safe place on job sites
• Make safety a top priority and be aware of hazards in the work environment

We Look For:

• Ability to lift heavy products repeatedly to load trucks at the warehouse and unload the products at job sites.
• Must be able to engage in repeated physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, etc.
• Required to work both inside and outside in a non-climate controlled environment
• Must be available to work weekdays and Saturday overtime as needed
