Job Description:

Looking for a warehouse worker who will be responsible for handling both high- and low-pressure gas cylinders and cylinder equipment within a facility and/or prepares cylinders for shipment.

Duties:

• Loads and unloads gas cylinders and/or products onto and off route trucks and trailers.
• Handle/transfer cylinders to and from ground storage Assist production personnel in removing full cylinders from fill area.
• Sorts empty cylinders by type and places in empty inventory in readiness for filling.
• Performs cylinder maintenance such as painting, labeling, and cleaning.
• Inspect all cylinders for general condition and report all issues to management.
• Checks for cylinder quantities, styles and product and assist with inventory tracking.
• Report all cylinder shortages to management.
• Reviews customer orders and pulls items from inventory; may assist with accompanying paperwork for shipment.

Skills Required:

• High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or factory setting.
• Ability to perform very heavy work routinely lift 25 to 75 lb occasionally lift 76 to greater than 100lbs.
• Will not list over 45lbs unassisted.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
