Job description
GENERAL PURPOSE: Warehouse Associate Reports to the Purchasing Manager, the role is to receive and manage incoming inventory. Incoming product will be labeled for designated work/purchase orders and stored in organized manor in the warehouse until the product team requests it to be delivered to the production floor.
Job Duties:
- Receive and document incoming product and unload trucks
- Report shortages or discrepancies in timely manner
- Organize warehouse in systematic and efficient manner
- Deliver materials to the production floor in a timely manner
- Effectively Labeling product to facilitate identification of inventory
- Monitor inventory levels on stock product and perform audits of inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- The role may include will-calling material from vendors
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3 years forklift experience
- Knowledge of lumber species, sheet goods
- Ability to receive, interpret packing lists.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Clean Driving record
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Smart sheets
- Monday-Friday 6am-3pm work schedule
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stoop and stand on feet for long periods of

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
