Responsibilities

  • You will focus on user acquisition by leveraging paid search (Google and Microsoft), paid search (Google and Microsoft), video and more to reach licensed registered nurses.
  • You will own channels from strategy to optimizations to acquire qualified users to our platform.
  • You will use data as a north star to lead and prioritize daily and recurring tasks by effectively optimizing towards MQLs, SQLs and reducing CAC.
  • Collaborate effectively with customer success, design, analytics and product teams on lead quality and engagement.
  • You will recommend go-forward strategies on how to grow our marketing channels efficiently for our talent side of the business while keeping a keen eye on efficiency and scale.
  • Use data to build your strategy, inform your recommendations, and provide clear, impactful insights on how you will effectively reach your goals.
  • Optimize conversion funnels to decrease the time to convert and protect from leaks in the funnel
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams (CRM, Social, Brand, Creative, Design, etc) on integrated marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Efficiently scale user acquisition channels and budgets
  • Test new emerging ad technologies and products
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and engineering team members to roadmap needs to take the marketing program to the next level.
  • Build, optimize, and manage paid acquisition campaigns (SEM, display, programmatic, video, native, etc.)
  • Lead, develop and execute marketing plans, experiments and strategies across paid search channels (Google, Microsoft, etc)

Qualifications

  • 3 years of PPC/SEM strategy and campaign management experience, primarily within Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Video, App)
  • Managed larger ad spends ($150k /month) across multiple campaigns and platforms.
  • Must be a data-informed, full-funnel marketer who is highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and results-driven individual
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment with little supervision, someone that is a go-getter, if you don't have the answer, you figure it out
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and tackle steep learning curves
  • Proficient in top of funnel (TOF): performance marketing, campaign targeting, testing measurement, and optimization across paid- online and offline channels
  • Comfortable writing SQL queries and fluent in analyzing data using Microsoft excel and sheets to summarizing/presenting it, and quickly acting on analysis
  • Previous startup experience, a plus
  • Experience in lead generation funnels, a plus

Minimum Experience:

  • Ability to learn quickly and tackle steep learning curves
  • Experience with data manipulation, specifically in Excel
  • Working knowledge of JOINS and SQL filtering to extract data insights
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Taboola, Outbrain, etc)
  • Strong organizational skills, specifically related to managing outreach and coordinating multiple project streams

Ideal Experience:

  • 3 years of operating marketing campaigns
  • Paid Search is a second language, knowing the intricacies of keyword match types, structure, and ability to rapidly identify root causes of issues as they emerge.
  • Strong communication and written skills with proven ability to influence decisions.
  • Well-versed in analytics packages, reporting formats, budgeting, and forecasting,
  • Proficient in Excel (pivots, vlookup/INDEX MATCH, xlookup, lamba, etc).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, a plus
  • Any experience a fast paced and/or an agency setting, a plus
