Accountability and Scope

The On-Site Representative is accountable for representing Incora Aircraft at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements. The On-Site Representative will be responsible for communicating all relevant program information to the Program Manager/Supervisor including, but not limited to notification of critical stock outs, coordinating New "Add" and/or "Off" contract requirements; opportunities for quality or process improvements, and communicating opportunities to provide additional value-added products or services for increased customer satisfaction and to support contract profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Represent Incora's vision, values and objectives in all job-related activities, sustaining excellent customer relationships.

· Maintain strong knowledge of Incora products, services, quality requirements and customer plans and specifications

· Continuously promote and maintain positive working relationships with customers and associates on-site, ensuring all opportunities to provide value-added services to customers are communicated to program management

· Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc./or a combination of these stocking locations)

· Maintenance includes but is not limited to: Inventory Scanning and Replenishment, FOD Removal, equipment and temperature control, hazardous material labeling, etc. within customer/contract specifications and requirements

· Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications

· Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs

· Attend Shortage, Planning and Development Meetings to provide accurate and current status on critical parts to customer management team, as required

· Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution

· Communicate relevant program information (i.e. shortages, upcoming production changes, shortages and critical stock outs) to program management, as required

· Assist program management and implementations in determining new bin set-ups, size, and locations for any relevant changes and growth to the contract scope

· Assist and support program management in preparing data for client reviews and meetings, including reporting metrics/KPI's

Practice and promote good housekeeping within the on-site work environment.

· Actively seek and recommend process improvements to program management, to increase efficiently and accuracy

· Accommodate site specific contractual requirements, including but not limited to scope of work changes, work schedule changes, required overtime, working holidays, and weekends, as required

· Follow established work procedures to assure compliance with all customer site requirements in accordance with safety and security processes; in addition to alignment with Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies including OSHA, FAR, EPA, DOT, and RCRA requirements

· Attend regularly scheduled customer or company-sponsored meetings and/or training, as required

· Travel/drive from customer site-to-site, as necessary

Minimal supervision and instructions will be given for routine work and detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments; must have the ability and willingness to accept and successfully fulfill any job-related assignments designated by the customer Floor Supervisor, Managers, or Incora Program Manager, as required.

Ability to perform basic math functions and proficient use of a calculator.

Ability to solve common problems and generally complex problems following established policies and procedures; more difficult problems or challenges should be escalated to a senior member of the On-Site team or Program Manager for additional direction.

Ability to learn to utilize the internal systems and resources as critical aspects of accessing necessary information and communicating; systems include Incora U.S. Intra-net system, database system, email, and the use of printers, copiers, and in-house telephone systems; and may include learning customer's on site systems

Ability to read, write, speak concisely and present information in a professional manner, in a variety of communication settings, in English; Must have the ability to learn and interpret technical specifications pertaining to Incora products and customer requirements.
