Inclusively is partnering with a safety science company to hire a Receptionist.

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

What you’ll learn & achieve:

As the Receptionist you will play a key role in the rapid growth of:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and provide them with appropriate information and assistance.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as appropriate.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and ensuring that all supplies are stocked.
  • Support management of conference and meeting room reservations through an online booking system, and assist employees and leaders as needed.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Ensure that all visitors follow the necessary security protocols.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Support other administrative and office related activities as required.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, and generally one year of customer service experience.
  • Prior experience as receptionist is required.
