Job Description:

The Role

As a Director, Customer Solutions you will work within the WI Agile framework as a member of the Customer Solutions Chapter. With the Goal Booster Squad Leader, you will focus on fostering an integrated customer experience, supporting the high-level product strategy, identifying solutions that will cultivate scale and building trusting cross-business relationships. Directors in Customer Solutions must be highly motivated, “self-starters” with a sense of ownership, and a strong desire to succeed. You will be a key member of the Goal Booster General Management team within the Employer Servicing & Integration product area working closely with a team of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, and dedicated squad members responsible for scaling the Goal Booster offering to support a growing volume of employees with their emergency and other non-retirement saving goals.

Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required; MBA preferred.
  • Agile mentality; experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Mural and PowerPoint
  • Excellent strategic and critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate product vision and features
  • Negotiation, influencing and enterprise navigation capabilities
  • Outstanding listening, communication and facilitation skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to find opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks to get the work done better and faster
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to collaborate and build alignment with key business partners
  • Strong consulting orientation with a demonstrated ability to establish relationships

Value you Deliver

  • Participate in identifying improvements to the end-to-end customer experience, strategic roadmap and product growth opportunities
  • Identify, define and articulate strategic product initiatives/roadmaps for the squad
  • Identify business needs, improvements and opportunities for scale; develop use cases, propose solutions, and, where applicable, lead execution.
  • Work with key partners to identify product and integration enhancements and maintain awareness of internal and external market trends
  • Effectively present roadmap progress to Product area and Domain leadership
  • Build effective relationships with key business, IT and Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners to drive initiatives to completion
