Inclusively is partnering with a financial services company to hire a Data & BI Analyst II - Operations.

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of varying complexity reporting solutions in non-production and production environments to support audit, regulatory, and business functions.
  • Create and support medium to large, web based processing and workflow applications for end users.
  • Build and maintain an extensive knowledge of current Mainframe, web, and client applications and how they interface with other enterprise systems.
  • Create detailed solution and system documentation, including test procedures and scenarios.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and support of the existing solution base, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the automation value steam.
  • Practice and promote agile development practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers.

What You'll need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in relevant field
  • At least 2 years of analytics experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with an emphases in business, economics, math, engineering, or analytics preferred (or relevant work experience)
  • Professional licenses required within 120 days of hire: SIE & Series 99
  • Professional license required within 12 months of hire: Series 7
  • Ability to problem solve and quickly learn new technologies in a changing environment
  • Strong ability to work independently and contribute as a key member of the team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in business terms

Preferred:

  • Database experience including IDMS, DB2, Oracle, Microsoft Access, flat files, or Data Warehouse
  • Expert in one of the following languages: SQL, Java, Linux, COBOL, HTML, WebFocus, VBA
  • Working knowledge of ETL tools such Pentaho or rapid application development tools such as APEX
  • Experience working in an agile development environment utilizing concepts such as Epics, Stories, Sprints, and Points.
