Inclusively is partnering with a multinational universal bank to hire a Credit Analytics - Business Analyst.

What will you be doing?

• Assisting and supporting in all relevant stages of the Project’s lifecycle including analysis, design, test & deployment/go-live
• Defining of comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flow diagrams, testing plans and scenarios, input into business
• Leading UAT testing and follow-through to closure any post implementation issues
• Defining & having regular communication of progress against individual task plans that roll-up into project plans
• Defining and interpreting requirements and roadmaps for delivery effective working relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors within global business units
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to deliver efficiencies, reduce timescales and improve flows between business areas
• Assessing processes with a view to implement improvements continually
• Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships

What we’re looking for:

• Over three years of business analysis or application development experience supporting financial applications
• More than three years data analysis working with big datasets using Microsoft Office Excel/SQL/Scripting languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Understanding and documenting complex front to back (F2B) workflows incl. key dependencies and architecture workflows

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Experience working in investment banking environment and supporting trading or risk management preferably Fixed Income products
• Fixed Income securities and/or derivative product knowledge, experience with pricing, market conventions, risk and pnl explains
• Experience working in large scale regulatory programs such as BASEL III, FRTB, LIBOR transition, and the like
