What you’ll learn & achieve:

As the Communications Manager you will play a key role in the rapid growth of the company as you:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and monitor performance to ensure the team's effectiveness and achievement of goals.
  • Collaborate with central communication and amplification team support to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation, including creative, content, and to develop compelling and consistent campaign messaging and assets.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online presence and monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various channels, including website, blogs, social media, and more, maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all materials and touchpoints, ensuring a strong and recognizable brand presence.
  • Oversee research to identify stakeholder needs, preferences, and trends, using insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Oversee relationship management of agency and professional services.
  • Develop and manage communications budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum impact.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders, organizations, and platforms to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, generating regular reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to and/or lead other department specific and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Professional education and experience requirements for the role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Experience leading the marketing function for non-profit organization and educational programs, preferred.
