Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Front Office Medical Assistant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors. We are a Wellness Center that focuses on Aesthetics, Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, Joint Therapy and IV Hydration.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering calls, sending tasks and handling a variety of administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and managing emails. There will be other Back Office duties, including taking vitals, preparing injections, and cleaning rooms. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, including greeting patients and visitors
• Answer calls, including taking messages, transferring calls as needed and sending tasks to providers
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and managing emails
• Ensure that the reception area and exam rooms are clean and organized at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, including assisting with questions and needs
• Perform Back Office duties, including taking vitals, preparing injections, and cleaning rooms

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and patient scheduling platforms
