IT Support Analyst 
Inceed has partnered with a global manufacturing company to help find a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their team! 
In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT Support and service to all of the employees in their corporate headquarters as well as manufacturing site locations. You will apply advance IT systems knowledge to help troubleshoot hardware, software, and enterprise applications. You will apply your customer service skills to assist end users in troubleshooting networking, printing, and other end-point peripheral issues via phone call, email, or desk-side support. 
Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose, respond and resolve customer incidents 
• Prioritize incidents and escalate issues to necessary departments
• Deliver timely solutions that prevent future recurring problems 
• Ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion

• 2 years of Experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, etc. or equivalent years of experience 
• Experience with Windows 
• Experience with O365 suite of Applications 
• Experience supporting in Azure Cloud

• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Experience supporting in manufacturing or oil and gas industries
• Experience providing support in other areas (Networking, Security, Applications, ERP)
