Ince Property Management, LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Person Near Lubbock, TX
Must be self-driven and capable of working without constant supervision and have some knowledge and understanding in plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Also, must have dependable transportation to and from work.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to: small plumbing repair, painting, drywall and texturing, painting, fixture replacement, minor appliance repair or replacement, mowing, tree trimming, pool maintenance, and any other issues that may arise. A/C repair experience is a plus.
- Bonuses earned when current tenants renew their lease
- Pay raises based on performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
