Job Description: Facility Maintenance

Reports To: General Manager, Assistant Manager & Operations Manager

Purpose and Scope: To facilitate and/or assist in the timely and professional execution

Of Upper Managements’ responsibilitiesand wishes, including but not limited to the areas of responsibility listed below.

Areas of Responsibility:

· Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work

· Performs preventative maintenance on building and exercise equipment

· Pool cleaning and sanitation (summer)

· Cleans around pool deck (summer)

· Empties trash receptacles

· Perform minor plumbing maintenance

· Light cleaning around club

· Cleans locker rooms as needed

· Maintains internal lighting fixtures

· Blows off outdoor courts

· Maintenance and basic repairs around the club

Personal Profile:

Adheres, promotes and believes in the Mission Statement

Must exhibit integrity personally and professionally in all business dealings.

Must be self-motivated.

Must be punctual

Excellent time management skills

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Three years of facility maintenance, construction, or repair experience in a commercial setting

Mechanically inclined

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
