We are looking for a Logistics Associate to join our team onsite in Madison. In this role, you will be responsible for the provisioning, maintenance, delivery, and return of patient biometric kits consisting of tablets and cellular-enabled medical devices (blood pressure cuffs, pulse oximeters, etc.) that support our ability to provide patients with top quality care at home.

You will also be responsible for providing support to our users and assisting both patients and staff with troubleshooting device issues. You will work closely with Operations, Clinicians, and the Technology team to ensure steady and uninterrupted patient care. This new position within our organization is well positioned for growth as our offerings continue to evolve. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintaining our device inventory in a given market, ensuring that devices deployed in the field and stored in our facility are accounted for 
• Cleaning, resetting, and refurbishing returned devices to get them ready to be redeployed 
• Packaging device kits for field staff to deliver to patients 
• Regular testing of devices to ensure accuracy over time 
• Ordering of new devices as needed 
• Returning damaged/nonfunctional devices under warranty when appropriate 
• Communication with vendors to ensure uninterrupted availability of devices 
• Dropping off and picking up devices at patients’ homes when required 
• Provide guidance, consulting, device recommendations, and strategies to Inbound Health teams that support implementation and continued use of new and existing devices based on feedback and familiarity with our products 
• Onboarding of new devices as needed 
• Providing device support to clinical staff and patients – assisting with troubleshooting connectivity, accuracy, and usability issues 
• Tracking open issues using a ticketing system 
• Escalating issues to the technology team as appropriate 
• Instilling best practices within the company with respect to logistics – delivery, return, and maintenance of devices 
• Leading by example, provide a strong work ethic, a “can do” attitude and be highly productive 
• Demonstrating ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget 
• Learning new technologies to remain abreast of current remote monitoring technologies 
• Taking on what’s needed to help the team and the company meet objectives 

REQUIRED SKILLS 

• At least 2-3 years’ experience with: 
• Experience maintaining inventory 
• Experience with shipping and receiving of inventory 
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and procedures 
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on your feet 
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 20 pounds 
• Ability to learn and understand medical device technologies 
• Customer service mindset 
• Ability to learn and explain use of Inbound Health technology to nontechnical users 
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
• You have the experience and background required to be successful in the role 
• Experience within the healthcare industry preferred

• Experience with inventory management systems 
• Experience working in an environment handling sensitive information

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 

Individual compensation is based on skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
