InBloom Autism Services is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Woburn, MA Near Woburn, MA

InBloom is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide high quality, outcome-driven ABA therapy treatment plans and clinical oversight. We have immediate openings as well as future needs! We recognize that our BCBAs are critical to the success of the clinical outcomes for our kiddos. Here is how they do that:

  • Complete assessments and treatment plans for insurance authorizations
  • Ongoing and consistent monitoring of client progress and program modifications to ensure continual progress toward goals
  • Complete reassessments and associated progress reports and participate in clinical reviews with insurance payors
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes for activities performed
  • Develop behavior intervention plans
  • Develop skill acquisition programs and teaching plans
  • Provide weekly and/or or bi-weekly supervision to RBTs
  • Prepare and facilitate on the job staff training/program modeling
  • Provide high quality and consistent parent training to ensure generalization of progress.
  • Collaborate regularly with the regional clinical team

This is what we need:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • 1 years of BCBA experience (preferred)
  • Experience with children in clinic and home settings
  • Willingness to provide weekly supervision for BCBA and BCaBA candidates toward their 1500 hours
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and dedication to clinical integrity
  • Motivated to collaborate with a team of fellow BCBAs and clinical leadership
  • Comfortable with providing and receiving regular feedback
