Title: Government Purchase Card (GPC) Administration

Location: Ft Belvoir, VA (HYBRID – 1 day a week on site)

About the Opportunity

Inalab has an immediate opening for a Program Analyst to support Government Purchase Card (GPC) Administration on our contract providing Functional Area Professional Services to the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). As the Program Analyst for GPC Administration you will be responsible for overseeing services to provide day-to-day operational support as detailed in the Essential Responsibilities section.

Essential Responsibilities:

Examples of duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Accurately fill out GPC Ordering Templates, assign a purchase request number,
• staff the form through the Alternate Billing Official (ABO) for approval and submit to the
• GPC Cardholder for purchase. Contractor shall be available to explain purchase requests to
• the GPC Cardholder and provide detailed information regarding requirements and propriety
• of that purchase when the GPC Cardholder requires it to complete purchases.
• Setup and maintain a data base for all consumable items both in-stock and new
• purchase.
• Assist, coordinate, and keep records of warehouse activities including
• stock/consumable item transactions and deliveries

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, both oral and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective record keeping and organizational abilities
• Previous experience with GPC is preferred
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
• Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
• Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
• Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable
• Work is performed under general supervision of the company team leader.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree (or higher) in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Two years of experience in an operational support environment
