Senior Back-End Engineer

Liquid comp = $400K USD
Comp breakdown:
Salary - $250K USD
Guaranteed bonus - $25K USD

If you join our team as a Senior Back-End Engineer, you will be the backbone of our user-facing dApps.
You will collaborate with top-tier smart contract, protocol, and front-end engineers, along with DeFi strategists and AI researchers.
You'll navigate the complexities of web-scale, AI, and blockchain technologies, playing a pivotal role in shaping our company's future.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement AI endpoints and support infrastructure.
- Maintain backend infrastructure for DeFi dApps, Bots, and AI models.
- Enhance AI capabilities with LLMs (e.g., Llama3).
- Develop dashboards for data management and user interaction.
- Support marketing infrastructure with Mixpanel, Storyblock, and Discourse.
- Write high-quality, secure, reusable code.
- Manage security across multiple services.
What You Bring:
- Expert JavaScript and Python skills.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Docker, PostgresSQL, SQLite, Redis, Memcache.
- Mastery of Python stacks (Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn, PyTorch).
- Experience with AI/LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Blockchain governance knowledge is a bonus.
- Comfortable with async communication and pair programming.
